Storing Site Files

The image below shows a snapshot of one method to keep site files organised:

Pointers:

• The parent folder 'Site' contains the main pages of a site and folders for other data.
• All images and other files used on the site pages are stored in sub-folders of the 'Site Assets' folder. The reason for this is to keep the many presentational files such as images, videos, documents separate so the more important files, like the main pages themselves, can be more easily accessed.
• It is a good idea to split schools/groups into sub-folders by region areas.
